Chef Melani believes that today is a blessing and that you should leave nothing UNDONE in your day. Food and nourishment are essential components to achieving this. Food is life!
With this belief Chef Melani is always advocating for local and international fundraising efforts. She regularly offers her restaurant locations as free options for organizations to host their events. Her social media influence and love for the community help elevate all that she supports.
Chef Melani is mother to five beautiful girls. Currently Chef Melani owns The Green Eatery (a vegan, gluten-free restaurant), Cup of Love coffee shop and UNDONE – Island Food with a Twist food truck.
Chef Melani also offers private catering that includes custom menu planning. She is also available for private cooking and meal planning lessons.
